| Abstract: | In our report,we first analyze the current situations of the teachers training project in colleges and universities in Guangxi from the perspective of modern science of management.Then we study the issues of teachers training system.Finally,we discuss the measures to build up more efficiently the teaching staffs of colleges and universities in Guangxi in the new situation. |
