| 摘 要： | 教师是高校重要的人力资源,如何发挥高校教师的优势,调动其积极性,实现高校快速、健康、可持续发展以及留住教学科研人才,是新时期高校面临的首要问题,而完善健全的教师激励机制是解决问题的关键所在.与之相应,高校的教师激励机制已成为高校研究的重要课题.以高校教师激励机制为主线,结合有关激励理论,从高校的激励现状出发,探讨了激励中存在的问题及原因,并提出了一些完善健全高校教师激励机制的措施和建议.
