| 摘 要： | 在纪念中国共产党成立82周年之际，中共中央发出了在全党兴起学习贯彻“三个代表”重要思想新高潮的通知，与此同时，中共楚雄州委组织部和楚雄州广播电视局组织制作的《七月彝山礼赞》电视系列片与彝州广大观众见面，并取得良好宣传效果。因此，及时总结边疆民族地区“三个代表”教育与党员先进典型学习宣传之间的关系，对落实中央通知精神具有很强的现实意义。

| Abstract: | On the occasion of celebrating the 82nd birthday of the CCP, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China gives a notice that the whole Party should usher in a new upsurge in the study and implementation of the important thought of Three Represents. Meanwhile, on is the TV series Chuxiong Yi Nationality Prefecture of July produced by both the organizational bureau of the Chuxiong Yi Nationality Autonomous Prefecture Committee of the CCP and the Radio and TV bureau of Chuxiong Yi Nationality Autonomous Prefecture. The TV series has received good propaganda results. Thus, an immediate summary of the relationship between education of Three Represents and propaganda of advanced model Party members in the border minority nationality areas has a practical significance in the study and implementation of the important thought of Three Represents. |
