| 摘 要： | 我国西部民族地区发展经济需要高等教育提供强有力的支持，在西部大开发过程中，高等教育的作用愈加重要。目前，西部高等教育实践取得了长足发展的同时也面临着新的矛盾冲突，为实现西部民族地区高等教育的进一步扩张，满足社会经济对人才的需求，必须提供符合当地实际的政策供给并进行有效选择。

| Abstract: | The development of economy in the west part of our country needs the strong support from higher education. In the course of the great exploitation of the west, higher education becomes more important. At present, the higher education in that area has made rapid progress but it has to face new conflicts. To realize a further expansion of higher education in the ethnic areas in the west part of China to meet the needs for talented people by social economy, there must be a supply and a selection of policies that conform to the objective reality of those areas. |
