| 摘 要： | 通过一系列数字提出了一个现实而严肃的问题:技术贸易壁垒已经取代反倾销措施成为中国外贸企业面临的第一大非关税壁垒。文章分析了技术贸易壁垒的内容、特点和对我国出口的影响,研究了技术贸易壁垒影响我国出口的原因,从政府和企业两个层面提出了应对国外技术贸易壁垒的政策措施。

| Abstract: | A realistic and serious questions having been put forward through a series of figures: the technical barrier to trade has alreay replaced the anti-dumping measures to become the first non-tariff trade barriers that Chinese foreign trade enterprises face. The paper analysed the content, characteristic of the technical barrier to trade and the influence to our country export. It also studied the reason that the technical barrier to trade influences our country to export, and put forward the policies and measures to the technical barrier to trade of foreign countries in two aspects, from the government to enterprise. |
