| 摘 要： | 法律儒家化是中华法系最富特色的标志，魏晋南北朝是中国古代法律儒家化的重要时期。文章探究了儒家的礼治原则与魏晋南北朝刑法原则之间的关系，指出魏晋南北朝时期的一系列刑法原则具有的儒家化特征，并对其成因作了分析。

| Abstract: | The Confucianization of law is the most characteristic symbol of the system of Chinese Law.It is an important period of Confucianization of Chinese ancient law during the Wei,Jin and Northern &Southern Dynasties.The article finds out the relation of the ritual principle and the penal principle,points out the Confucian characteristics that a whole train of the penal principles possessed during the Wei,Jin and Northern & Southern Dynasties and has analysed its causes of the formation. |
