| 摘 要： | 从病态或异常行为、社会适应、潜能实现以及心理机能与社会适应相融合角度对心理健康和其标准的认识虽较为深入，但是缺乏整体性和客观性、真实性。从系统论和热力学熵值来看，心理健康是适应过程和适应状况的统一，是在生物、心理和社会以及主体性自我意义与价值世界的存在中多维、多层次的适应过程与状况的统一。心理健康等级则是适应过程和熵状态的辩证变化的具体表现，从适应状态中的负熵与正熵的对比中可以更加客观和真实地了解心理健康状况的等级。积极趋向的心理健康状况的测度需要深入研究。

| Abstract: | Though the understanding about mental health and its standard, from the perspective of morbid or abnormal behaviours, social adaptation, potential fulfillment as well as the integration of mental function and social adaptation, is comparatively deep, it is not intergral, observable or valid. Judging from system theory and thermodynamic entropy, mental health is a unification of adaptation process and situation, or more exactly, a multidimensional and multilevel unification of them in the existence of biological, psychological, social and subjective meaning and value. And mental health degree is the dialectical changing process of adaptation process and entropy status. Through a comparison between the positive and negative entropy in adaptation, we can more objectively and authentidy know about mental health degree. Therefore, measurement of positive mental health status needs further study. |
