| 摘 要： | 运用自组织理论和利益相关者理论来描述科技型中小企业技术创新绩效在资本结构与企业社会资本关系研究中的中介作用,通过实证研究,得出以下结论:(1)科技型中小企业资本结构与技术创新绩效具有负相关关系;(2)科技型中小企业技术创新绩效对企业社会资本中的强关系和弱关系具有正向促进作用,对弱关系的正向促进作用强于对强关系的正向促进作用;(3)科技型中小企业技术创新绩效在资本结构对企业社会资本网络关系影响中起完全中介作用.
