| 摘 要： | “信息与情报”的概念，很多年来在人们的头脑中比较模糊，也容易混淆，其实它们既密不可分、不相关联，但又相互区别。“信息：即音讯或消息，也就是经过通信系统传输和处理的对象，泛指消息和信号的具体内容和意义”，而“情报：是获取的他方有关情况以及对其分析、判断的成果，按内容和性质分为政治情报、经济情报、军事情报和科技情报等”。信息不完全是情报，但情报一定来源于信息，而科技信息与情报就其内容来说应该是有科技含量的消息或对科技信息研究的成果。
