| 摘 要： | 美国高校在债务起源、债务资金的来源和用途、债务管理与风险防范等方面的做法对化解我国高校债务有诸多借鉴之处。通过对中美高校的债务进行比较,从中分析中国高校的债务形势,提出了中国高校化解债务风险的五种途径。在实际解决高校债务问题时,高校应解释债务原因,政府进行高校债务评估和审查,并视不同情况针对性地进行化解。
