| Abstract: | Teacher's quality is a historical category.Teacher's quality of the 21 st century should reflect the spirit of our age,the needs of educational reform and development.Therefore,teacher's quality should include the following concepts:the concept of focusing on human,the concept of a lifelong learning,the concept of teaching centering on value,the concept of the ability of communication and the concept of developing speciality through active research. |
