摘    要:教师素质是一个历史范畴。21世纪的教师素质要体现时代精神,要反映教育改革和发展的需求,为此,要有以人为本的对象观、以终身学习为理念的知识观、以价值关涉为核心的教学观、以交往为本位的能力观、以行动研究为主的专业发展观。

Abstract:Teacher's quality is a historical category.Teacher's quality of the 21 st century should reflect the spirit of our age,the needs of educational reform and development.Therefore,teacher's quality should include the following concepts:the concept of focusing on human,the concept of a lifelong learning,the concept of teaching centering on value,the concept of the ability of communication and the concept of developing speciality through active research.
