摘    要:针对淮南矿业集团电力公司汽轮发电机组夏季润滑油油温过高的情况,对冷油器系统的进行一系列改进,在不增加设备的情况下,通过增加一些管道和阀门来增大冷油器的冷却面积和冷却水量,并能定期清理冷油器铜管脏污,从而实现降低油温目的,保证了夏季汽轮发电机组安全运行,投资少,见效快。

Abstract:We have turbine generators operating in Electric Power Generation Ltd. Huainan Mining Group Co. The temperature of the lubricating oil is over-high in summer, so some innovations have been made by adding some tubes and valves to enlarge the cooling area and increase cooling water and the copper tubes can be cleaned regularly. We have achieved the goals of temperature reduction and the safe operation of generating sets and the goals of less investment, rapid effect and more economic benefits.
