| 摘 要： | 著作权主体 (又称著作权人 ) ,是指依法对文学、艺术和自然科学、社会科学、工程技术等作品享有著作权的人 ,是著作权关系的基本构成要素 ,是《著作权法》的重要组成部分。与非网络环境下的著作权问题一样 ,著作权主体问题的解决同样是网络环境下著作权问题解决的关键因素之一。那么 ,在网络时代最新修订的《中华人民共和国著作权法》 (已于 2 0 0 1年 10月 2 7日通过 ,并公布施行。下称新法 )是否全部解决了网络环境下的著作权主体问题呢 ?本文就此问题提出自己的拙见 ,供同仁参考。1 著作权主体的范围新法第九条规定 ,著作权主体包括作者…
