| 摘 要： | 在当今世界经济一体化和信息网络化的背景下,无论是企业还是政府都面临各种各样的危机,而危机的突发性与破坏性往往给社会带来巨大的经济损失甚至不可估量的政治后果,所以建立完善的政府危机管理体系就成为摆在各国政府面前的一项紧要任务。主要就危机及政府危机管理的含义,为何要进行政府危机管理,以及如何从国外政府危机管理中借鉴经验进行我国政府危机管理系统建设作了简单论述。

| Abstract: | Under the circumstances of the world economic integration and internetized information,both the enterprises and governments are confronted with all kinds of crises.The urgent task of establishing a perfict government crisis management system is failing upon all the governments because of the huge economic loss and inestimable political consequences which are caused by the suddenness and destructiveness of crises.This article is mainly about the connotation of crisis and government crisis management,the reason for government crisis management,and how to set up our own government crisis management system by learning from the experience of foreign government crisis management. |
