| 摘 要： | 目的探讨利用多种途径综合治疗肩关节半脱位的疗效。方法将57例脑卒中偏瘫患者进行随机分组2组，康复组25人，对照组32人，康复组在进行常规药物治疗的基础上进行良肢位的摆放、运动治疗及护肩带的使用等多途径的治疗；对照组进行常规的药物治疗。结果康复组对于肩关节半脱位的疗效明显好于对照组，提高了患者的ADL能力。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the many ways integrated prevention of shoulder subluxation treatment. Methods 57patients with stroke in patients randomized to 2 groups, 25 rehabilitation group and control group of 32 people, during the routine treatment group on the basis of good placement of limb position, exercise therapy and retaining strap use of multi-channel treatment; control group conventional drug treatment. Results The rehabilitation group for the efficacy ofshouldersubluxation was better than the control group, to improve the patient＇s ADL ability. |
