| 摘 要： | 在新形势下如何有效地对师范生进行课堂技能训练,提高师范生的从师能力,是每一位教学法老师面临的一个问题。实践发现,把培养学生良好的思维品质贯穿于整个课堂技能训练中,可以提高师范生的教学能力,这也是数学教育的根本出发点和归宿点。

| Abstract: | It is a problem for each teacher working on the teaching methodology to know how to develop the teaching skill of the normal school students and enhance their teaching capabilities.The effective method of developing the teaching capabilities of the normal school students is found in the practice,which is to cultivate nicer quality of thinking throughout the whole process of the teaching skill training of the normal school students. |
