| 摘 要： | 近年来频繁发生的食品安全事件引发了人们对于食品安全问题的高度关注，全球化、信息化也使得食品安全成为全世界共同关注的话题。它不仅关系着人们的生命安全与身体健康，还关系着社会秩序的稳定，与政治、经济、社会、文化重要相关。文章试图从社会学的角度出发，以社会控制为切入点，将食品安全问题置于中国社会转型和全球信息社会背景之下进行考察，以期为解决食品安全问题提供思路。

| Abstract: | Repeatedly occurring food safety affairs make food security become an attention focus,which turns into a world issue be- cause of its globalization and informationalization.Food fluctuation has great influence on people＇s health and safety and the economics politics,society and culture.This passage studys how to solve this question under the background of social transformation and global information from the view of sociology and social control. |
