| 摘 要： | 阐述了当前高校教务管理人员普遍存在流动性大、责任心不强、业务不熟练、经验不丰富等一系列问题，指出了解决这些问题的关键之一是提高教务管理人员素质。提出了高校教务管理人员必须具备良好的道德素质、严格的纪律观念、高度的事业心、责任感和熟练的业务技能，只有这样才能高质量和高效率地完成学校各项教务工作。
