| 摘 要： | 依据有关史料，对清代康乾年间讨赖河流域的政治形势和行政建置、劳动力资源的迁移、水利建设的兴盛、耕地的垦辟、农业开发的成效、农业开发对环境的影响等问题进行考证，以尽量展现历史真实面貌，并对今天的西部开发提供有益的历史借鉴。

| Abstract: | On the basis of relevant historical data,This article discusses many questions about Taolaihe region in Kangqian period of Qing dynasty,such as its political situation,administrative construction,the moving and increasing of workforce,prosperity of water conservancy construction,cultivated land,results of agricultural development,the impact on environment caused by cultivating.All these studies aim to show the ture appearance of that period and to offer historical reference for today's development of western regions. |
