| 摘 要： | 从平衡计分卡的基本原理出发,利用Delphi法、文献资料法、层次分析法(AHP)建立体育行政绩效评价指标体系,并在此基础上构建了体育行政绩效评价模型,以期能为体育管理部门提供一种更为科学的管理工具.
