高校隐性课程内容设计的探索与实践

摘    要:在现代课程论的视野下,隐性课程与显性课程构成课程的两个方面,重视开发设计隐性课程,有效开发高校隐性课程资源已成为当代课程改革的一个重要趋势。本文就如何通过打造校园文化、完善组织制度、发挥教育者人格作用、优化课程体系、丰富校园活动等五个方面的内容设计进行了深入研究,不断深化高校隐性课程建设。

Abstract:In the modern curriculum theory perspective,the hidden curriculum and programs constitute the dominant two aspects of the course.Emphasis on development and design hidden curriculum,hidden curriculum resources effective development of colleges has become an important contemporary trend in curriculum reform.In this paper,how to build campus culture,to improve the organizational system, to fulfill an educational role in personality,to optimize the curriculum system,to enrich the campus of five aspects of the design are conducted in-depth research,and constantly deepen the college hidden curriculum construction.
