| 摘 要： | 现阶段，我国大学已进入一个全面发展的关键时期，科学发展与教育创新正成为大学发展的主旋律，然而，在科学与创新的视野下，可以发现，决定当代大学发展成败的关键已从硬实力的增长转向软实力的提升。软实力建设不仅演绎了中国当代大学曾有的辉煌和面临的挑战，更展示了中国大学发展的巨大潜力和光明前景。中国大学软实力建设的核心是廓清大学软实力概念，关键是重建大学文化、设计制度体系、更新发展战略形象。

| Abstract: | At present, our universities have entered a key period of comprehensive development. The scientific development and education innovation has become the theme of university development. We can find that the key of contemporary university development has turned from hard power increasing to soft power boosting. Soft power construction is not only the performance of the brilliant and the challenge of Chinese contemporary universities, but also the demonstration of huge potential and bright prospect. The core of Chinese universities＇ soft construction is to understand the connotation of soft power. The eritieal point is rebuilding university culture, designing the system and updating development strategic image. |
