| 摘 要： | 《德意志意识形态》标志着马克思主义法学的产生。因为：它首次系统地论述了唯物史观的基本原理，为马克思主义法学产生提供了哲学基础；它第一次阐明了法律起源、本质、作用等法学基本问题和基本原理，它作为产生标志也符合理论发展规律和历史实际情况。

| Abstract: | The German Ideogy marked the generation of Maxism jurisprudence . It elucidated the basic principle of materialist interpretation of history systematically for the first time,providing the philosophy ground for the generation of Maxism jurisprudence. For the first time it expounded some basic subjects and principles of law such as the origin, nature as well as function of law. As the mark of generation it also conformed to the rule of theory development and historical facts. |
