| 摘 要： | 对重庆市高职学生成就目标定向与职业决策困难进行调查、分析发现：高职学生就业决策过程中缺乏准备;成就目标定向中学习定向与职业决策困难中缺乏准备及信息探索困难两个因素成负相关;成就目标定向中回避定向与职业决策困难中缺乏准备、信息探索困难及冲突矛盾三个因素成正相关。

| Abstract: | According to the data of the achievement goal orientation survey for higher vocational college students in Chonqing,we found that higher vocational college students have difficulties in career decision-making.There is a negative correlation among orientation,lack of preparing and information investigating.There is a positive correlation among lack of preparing,difficulty in information investigating and conflicts. |
