| 摘 要： | 本文在灰色预测的基础上,采用遗传算法极小化问题的方法代替用最小二乘法对模型参数求解。以集成电路的产量作为实例,结果表明,用灰色遗传算法建立的模型的拟合优度和预测精度高于基于LSM的模型的拟合优度和预测精度。

| Abstract: | In this paper,based on the gray prediction,using minimization method of the genetic algorithm instead of using the least square method for model parameters.In the production of integrated circuits as example,the results show that,using the grey genetic algorithm model of the goodness-of-fit and prediction accuracy than that based on LSM model goodness-of-fit and prediction precision. |
