| 摘 要： | 技术法律控制已经成为STS研究的重要问题.本文从社会发展的角度,分析了现代技术法律控制过程中与其他控制手段合作的必要性,从技术市场法则、技术政策、技术伦理法律化的条件、内容和限度等方面,提出了市场法则、政策以及伦理对技术法律控制的强化对策.

| Abstract: | The issue of the legal control of technology is one of the important issues in STS.In the perspective of social development,the paper analyzes the necessity of cooperation with the other control methods in legal control of technology.The paper points out technological market rules,technological policies and technological ethics,which turn into law,enhance and guarantee for the legal coordinated control,putting forward the conditions,contents and limits. |
