| Abstract: | With 9/11 as the backdrop, Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close represents the crazy experiences of a nine -year- old boy Oscar looking for a lock after the loss of his father. Approaching the novel from the perspective of trauma theory, this essay analyzes different characters＇ traumatic experiences to appeal more people pay attention to the trauma group. |
