| 基于特征值的零构件疲劳可靠性统计方法 |

| 摘 要： | 在零构件疲劳失效的分布规律的基础上,对多种零构件疲劳强度可靠性实验数据进行统计分析,充分利用疲劳S-N曲线的对数线性关系,通过引入静态机械性能参数断裂真应力和疲劳循环基数两个特征值点,较好地实现了零构件制造工艺性能参数与疲劳特性结合,获得一种零构件疲劳可靠性工程评价方法。本文还报告了在连杆、转向节、混凝土道路小样零构件的疲劳强度可靠性评估工作中的试验、统计、应用情况。本文方法具有简单、实用、易于推广的特点。

| Abstract: | Based on the ditribution law of components fatigue failure,an evaluation method of components fatigue reliabilty is proposed by introducing two static mechanical characteristics of true fracture stress and fatigue cycle base into the fatigue S-N curve,which achieve a better integration of manufacturing process patameters and fatigue performance.By taking statistical analysis of fatigue experimente data of various components,the method are vertified to be simpl,practical and easily-popularized.The paper also introduces the experment and fatigue reliability evaluation of connecting rods,knuckles and concrete pavement specimens. |
