甲烷制备实验的认识与改进

摘    要:目的解决甲烷制备实验中存在的反应速度慢、产气量低、试管易破裂等问题.方法文献资料与实验研究.结果分析了甲烷制备实验的反应机理及实验中的副反应,提出了实验改进的思路,并探索出三种最佳的改进方法—铝箔绝缘法、铁屑绝缘法、铁皮绝缘法.结论该三种改进方法材料易得,装置简单,操作易行,效果明显,具有一定的代表性.

Abstract:Aim To solve the problem of low reaction speed,low production easily-broken tube in experiment for methane preparation.Method With bibliographical and experimental method.Result The reaction theory of experiment for methane preparation and the side-reaction are analyzed,ways for experiment improvement are presented,three optimal improvements, i.e.aluminum foil insulation,scrap iron slag insulation,sheet iron are explored.Conclusion Materials for three improvements are easy to obtain,the apparatus needed are simple and the operation is easy, but the result is obvious.
