| 摘 要： | 针对目前军队院校原生文献数字信息资源种类繁多、形式多样、搜集困难、管理标准不统一等问题,从组织、人员、规范等方面提出了军校原生文献资源数字化建设的对策,使分散在教员和研究人员手中的原生数字信息资源最终实现开放存取,提高其学术价值,更好地为军校科研建设服务。
