| 摘 要： | 医学高职教育以培养社会急需的护理、药学和医学相关类等高技术应用性人才为目标．近年来，医学高职教育发展速度之快，成绩明显突出，但存在的问题也非常尖锐。解决办珐就是要明确医学高职教育的办学指导思想，转变思想观念；改变医学高职教育的人才培养模式；加强医学高职教育的专业建设；加强医学高职教育的师资队伍建设；大力推进医学高职教育的实训基地建设，构建产学研合作教育模式；建立健全医学高职教育的就业指导工作体系．

| Abstract: | Medical higher vocational education is one of important component of higher vocational education. Its goals are training applied higher technical talents society needed to work on nursing, medicine and medical science field concerned. In recent years, it is developing so rapidly, and the achievements are also distinguished, but problems existed are quite conspicuous. The solution to the problems is to change ideas and definitive instructive thoughts, change talents training patterns, enforce specialty construction and training of teachers. We also do our best to urge the construction of fieldwork, form patterns of production-teaching-study and setup employment guidance system. |
