| 摘 要： | 随着市场经济的发展,社会对农业人才的需求发生了较大的变化,高等学校农业人才培养与农学专业的建设发展面临许多新的挑战。在新时期高等学校农业人才培养与农学专业的建设发展,必须拓宽专业培养目标,改革专业课程体系,加强学生综合素质和专业技能的培养,培养一专多能的复合型人才。
