| 摘 要： | 依据新农村建设的需要，使用文献资料法、问卷调查法、逻辑分析等方法，探索少数民族地区农民节庆体育活动心理对新农村建设的影响与引导，确认现阶段可作用于我国新农村建设的节庆体育资源。提出提高农民节庆体育资源需求档次，变个人兴趣爱好的单纯求乐意识为“求富、求知、求康、求乐”意识，选择既兼顾节庆体育资源从无到有的数量发展，又注重现有节庆体育资源质量与效益提高的培育、开发、配置与利用“四位一体”式的综合发展战略，旨为节庆体育在农村广泛开展，服务于农村，建设于农村。

| Abstract: | According to the need of new rural construction, this paper uses literature review, questionnaire survey, logical analysis to explore the psychological impact of farmer sports festivals on the construction of new countryside in the minority area. It aims to carry out extensive festival sports in the countryside. |
