摘    要:金钱草多糖经三氟乙酸水解、后利用二甲基亚砜(DMSO)作溶剂,六甲基二硅胺烷(TMDS)和三甲基氯硅烷(TMCS)作硅烷化试剂,将单糖衍生化为三甲基硅醚衍生物,用气相色谱(GC)分析法测定金钱草叶和根茎中多糖的单糖组成。结果表明:金钱草叶和根茎中多糖都是由甘露糖、果糖、核糖、半乳糖、鼠李糖和树胶醛糖单糖组成,其摩尔比分别为1.40:1.00:1.00:4.68:0.98:0.46和1.03:1.00:1.04:1.66:0.56:0.44。

Abstract:Polysaccharide of Lysimachia christinae Hance is hydrolyzed by trifluoroacetic acid. The hydrolysate was derived into trimethylsilylethers derivative with hexamethyedisilane (HMDS) and trimethylchlorosilane (TMCS) as silanizing agent, and dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) as solvent .The monosaccharide was determined by GC with capillary column.
