| 摘 要： | 网络依赖带给高校学生许多负面影响已是一个不争的事实,我国对闲暇教育认识不足及不够重视是导致出现网络依赖的重要原因之一.闲暇教育的目标是培养人们积极运用闲暇时间的意识和能力,并促进人们运用从工作和闲暇中获得的技能参与旨在自我实现、自我完善的闲暇活动.加强闲暇教育有利于防治网络依赖.

| Abstract: | The negative effect of Internet Dependence to college students is an obvious fact.The absence of the recognition of leisure education is one of the important reasons that lead to Internet Dependence.The aim of leisure education is to cultivate students' consciousness and abilities of managing their leisure time actively,and to make them apply their skills gained from work and leisure to participate in the self-realized and self-promoted activities.Strengthening leisure education will benefit to preventing and curing students' Internet Dependence. |
