| 摘 要： | 冷战结束以来，中美关系经历曲折发展，但总体保持稳定。中美之间战略上的互不信任、在台湾问题上的根本分歧和美国“推进民主”对中国的影响都是中美关系长期发展的制约因素。但在全球化背景下，两国在重大战略和经贸领域又有许多共同利益，需要相互支持与合作。从短期看，中美关系可以保持稳定趋势，全面冲突的可能性不大；从长期看，中美关系的发展取决于双方的战略和政策选择，具有不确定性。

| Abstract: | Since the cold war was over, Sino - US relations have experienced the winding development, but overall the situations are stable. There are some factors which hinder the long - term development of Sino - US relations： the two parties＇not trusting each other; the fundamental difference concerning Taiwan problem and the influence of The United States＇policy of ＂pushing forward democracy＂ on China. However, under the globalizafion background, both countries have many common interests in the significant strategy and the economic trade realm, needing to be supperted and cooperated mutually. In the short term, the Sino - US relations may maintain stable and comprehensive contlict is less likely to take place. In the long run, there is uncertainty in the development of Sino - US relations, which is decided by the bilateral strategy and the policy choice. |
