| 摘 要： | 进入高校的大学新生存在着一个转折过渡期，他们必须不断地适应大学新的环境、新的要求。要过好大学生活，就要有一个较为准确的目标定位；提高大学新生适应高校学习的能力，培养学习主动性的治学方法，是转变教育的重要内容；适应大学新环境也是转变教育必不可少的。转变教育是一项系统性的工作，它需要学校、家庭、社会的共同作用。转变教育观念是做好新生转变教育的关键。

| Abstract: | There is a transitional period for college freshmen.They have to constantly adjust themselves to the new college surroundings.To live happily through college,they have to set an adequately fair goal.To raise their ability to adjust to the college study and to help them cultivate active approaches in studies are important contents in conversion-oriented education.Adjustment to the new environment is a necessary part of this education.It is a systematic job,needs the concerted effort of school,family and society.The change in educational perceptions is a key to doing a good job in this respect. |
