| 摘 要： | 在中国改革开放新时期，围绕邓小平利益兼顾思想，形成了以“利益兼顾＋公有制为主体，多种公有制形式共同发展的所有制结构＋社会主义市场经济”为基本内容的中国特色社会主义经济理论体系，它彻底否定了斯大林经济学或“苏联模式”的“利益服从＋纯粹公有制＋计划经济”的经济理论体系，邓小平的利益兼顾思想，不仅是社会主义利益关系的理论创新，更是中国政治经济学全面理论创新的基础。

| Abstract: | The writer believes that in the new era of China' s open - door and reformation China has formed a new socialist economical theory system with Chinese characteristics which features a combination of benefiting - all economic mode and the coexistence and development of multi - economical system in the light of socialist market economy. It has fundamentally broken away from the formal Stalin's economics or the USSR mode, which advocates an economical system featuring private interest submission and sole public - owned system in the light of planned economy. Thus the writer concludes that Deng Xiaoping's Benefit-ing-all theory is not only a new theoretical development on dealing with the interest division, but also serves as the base for the theoretical development of Chinese Political Economics. |
