| Abstract: | In view of the experiences of developed countries,the policies of governments,the requirement of building a harmonious society,the function of vocational colleges and the colleges' characteristics and self-innovation,this paper presents some new concepts on the roles of vocational colleges in dominating the socialized technical training and guiding the job hunting trend,analyzes the absence of some functions in vocational colleges and proposes some suggestions on how to make the socialized techniques as a domination in vocational colleges as well. |
