| 摘 要： | 强化律是所有学习理论中较重要的原理之一，基本上所有的学习理论研究者都从不同的侧面谈到了强化及强化与学习的关系。正是由于它们研究的角度不同，使之对强化与学习的关系具有不同的看法，形成不同的学术派别。要对此问题有—个清楚的认识，就需要首先弄清强化原理的基本概念、各种不同学说的主要观点，并对实践中强化对学习的具体影响进行进一步的探讨。
