| 摘 要： | 讲解员是宣传战线上的重要成员，工作的成效，直接关系到对人民群众素质的提高、社会主义精神文明建设。必须重视新时期讲解员队伍的改革。要改革首要的是思想观念的改革，其次则是素质的改革，同时还应重视机制的改革。

| Abstract: | Commentators are important members at the propaganda front. The achievements in their work relate directly to the improvement of the qualities of the masses of people and to the building up of a socialist civilization. Importance should be attached to the reforming of the ranks of commentators. Reforming work should first of all be done ideologically, and then in the aspects of quality and mechanism. |
