| 摘 要： | 为提高高速线材设备的预知维修能力,达到降低成本、减少事故时间的目的,对高速线材核心设备安装在线监测诊断系统。通过系统的运行,实现预知维修,对设备的安全可靠运行起到了积极的保障作用,同时保证了连续性生产。

| Abstract: | To raise the ability for predictive maintenance of the high speed wire equipment and to reduce cost and to reduce the accident,the online monitoring and diagnosis system to the high speed wire core equipment is installed.The operation of the system realizes the predictive maintenance,guarantees the safe and reliable operation of the equipment and continuous production. |
