| 摘 要： | “以就业为导向”是职业教育的生命线，进行职业教育既要提高就业率，也要保证就业质量。笔者从心理学角度分析一些影响中职毕业生就业的不良心理，并重点阐述自卑心理、依赖心理与浮躁心理的产生原因及表现，阐明其影响，最后从素质观、发展观与职业观上进行理论疏导，提出整体、分段和个案防治措施。

| Abstract: | For vocational education, it is vital to lead to employment. The rate of employment is important, its quality should be guaranteed. We should try our best to overcome every bad factors whch do not benefit the employment of its graduates. Based on psychology, writer discusses various forms of the unhealthy psychological factors affecting secondary vocational school graduates' employment, together with the theory base and the practice methods of precaution. |
