| 摘 要： | 企业绩效评估是一把“双丸剑”，好的效评估制度可以激活整个组织，但如何做法不当，可能会产生意想不到的后果。本文阐述了目前企业绩效评全管理中存在的主要问题，并对存在的问题提出一些具体的改进对策。

It may enhance the enterprise’ s capacity of competition if it is done well, however it can produce serious results if it is done wrongly. The paper discusses about some problems of enterprise's Performance Evaluation System and the specific countermeasures of the Performance Evaluation System in our country are also analyzed in the article. |
