| 摘 要： | 幂零矩阵是矩阵理论中一类特殊的矩阵,它具有良好的性质和实际应用.文章证明了n阶k-幂零矩阵秩的取值范围,并给出两种表示方法.同时得到当k整除于n时最大秩的Jordan规范型是唯一的.

| Abstract: | Nilpotent matrix is a special matrix in theory of matrices. It has good properties and many applications. The value range of rank of k-nilpotent matrix was proven and two methods are given. When k/ n, the maximum rank of k -nilpotent matrix has only Jordan＇s normal form. |
