| 摘 要： | 采用不同浓度的多效唑和丁酰肼对无患子进行叶面喷施处理,研究其对无患子生长的影响.结果表明：多效唑的矮化效果比丁酰肼好,其中0.01g/L多效唑和0.1g/L丁酰肼对无患子的矮化效果最佳,可使无患子生长健壮,株高明显矮化,茎加粗,叶面积降低,叶片明显变厚,颜色更浓绿,叶绿素含量增加.研究结果为合理应用丁酰肼和多效唑控制无患子生长提供了科学依据.

| Abstract: | Through the foliar spraying treatment experiment on Sapindu mukorossi Gaertns with different concentration of Daminozide and Paclobutrazol, the effects of Sapindus mukorossi Gaertn growth were studied. The results showed that the dwarf effect of Paclobutrazol was greater than the daminozide, dwarf effect of Sapindus mukorossi Gaertn against 0.01g/L Paclobutrazol and 0.1g/L Daminozide was best, which made Sapindus mukorossi Gaertn grow robustly, reduced the plant height significantly, thickened the stalk, decreased the leaf area, thickened blade obviously, thickened the color, and increased the chlorophyll content. The results ensures an application of Daminozide and Paclobutrazol controlling Sapindus mukorossi Gaertns growth. |
