实质自由视角下的农村义务教育改革

摘    要:阿马蒂亚·森在对传统发展观全面反思的基础上,超越传统经济学家对发展理论的一般性修正,结合经济学和哲学的工具,在重大经济学问题的讨论中重建了伦理层面。他主张以实质自由的视角看待发展。我国农村地区从2007年开始全面实施“免费义务教育”,这是我国教育发展史上的一座里程碑;从实质自由的视角来看,这一教育改革措施也必将对农村地区人和社会的发展产生深远影响。

Abstract:Based on his comprehensive reflection on traditional development views, combining economics and philosophy tools, Amartya Sen transcends the theories traditional economists have made on development, reconstructing ethics in the discussion of significant economic problems. He advocates viewing development from the perspective of real freedom. Free compulsory education has been carried out in rural areas since 2007, which is a milestone in the development of our country' s education. From the perspective of real freedom, the reform will surely have a significant and profound impact on the development of humanity and society in rural areas.
