| 摘 要： | 依据城市土地价格体系和地价空间分异规律,针对目前常用地价专题地图存在的问题,提出城市土地等价线图,介绍了城市土地等价线图绘制的一般方法.在呼和浩特城市土地价格调查工作的基础上,绘制了商业、住宅和工业用地等价图,取得了良好的效果.最后,就城市土地等价线图绘制中应注意的问题进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | Based on the land price system and land price special distribution rules,concerning shortcomings of current land price thematic maps,the urban land price equiprice line map and the method of drawing an urban land equiprice line map were introduced.Based on the investigation of Hohhot's land price,the urban land equiprice line maps of Hohhot commercial,residential and industrial lands,were drawn with satisfactory results.Finally,some problems are raised over drawing the urban land equiprice line map. |
