| 摘 要： | 对煤炭企业的物资采购管理业务进行研究分析,反映出煤炭企业物资采购管理存在的共性问题,并提出这些问题的解决办法,对物资采购管理业务流程进行分析和再造,从而降低煤炭企业物资采购成本,提高经济效益和煤炭企业的核心竞争力。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes problems on the bussiness of materials purchasing management in coal enterprises.It reflects the common problems exsiting in material purchasing management in coal enterprises.And it proposes solutions to these issues.It analyzes the problem of how to reduce the costs of purchasing,to improve economic efficiency and the core competitiveness of coal enterprises through reengineering the business processes of materials purchasing. |
