| 摘 要： | 档案建设是中专学校正规化建设的一个组成部分,具有重要的凭证和参考作用.在当前的中专档案规范化建设中,在管理人员素质、管理方式、档案载体及制度建设上都存在一些问题,需要我们进一步强化责任,提高档案意识,实施科学化、制度化、现代化管理,提高人员素质等,充分发挥档案在学校发展中的促进作用.

| Abstract: | Construction of Archives is a part of standardizing construction in Technical Secondary Schools.It has significant functions both on record and reference.Several problems exist on quality of staff,managing method,archives contents and regulation construction.Efforts should be paid to strengthen responsibility and perfect management.Scientific,regulational and modern methods should be adopted and personel qualitly should be improved.Thus,the promoting function of the archives can be fully played on the school development. |
